Multiple disease-resistant rice expressing the WRKY45 transcription factor which, is normally upregulated during Benzothiadiazole (BTH)-induced disease resistance. This sets off a signalling cascade that protects plants from diseases by activating the salicylic acid (SA) signaling pathway
